Terrible service, been trying to schedule exam that has been approved for 3 months. Special thanks to georgia Secretary of State for forcing people to use them. Would not recommend to anyone. Would give negative stars if it were possible
I have had my exam rescheduled 4 times now because the agents have "sent me the wrong file" for my exam. Now that they do it correctly all of a sudden I can't use a desk top computer and need an external web cam. LOL this thing is a joke! Iv had a proctor comment to me that I'm stupid for having a desk top

Appreciate that we're able to renew online, but it's not a very efficient process. We're going to one link to renew the provider then another one to renew courses. Then we have to email both receipts and paperwork to PSI.

This is the third time that I have to register, I can't never enter to my account. I also did not get the access to an already paid practice exam and I had to purchased it again. Trying calling the customer service phone but no one ever answers.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
