Wanted to see a little more detail about product, e.g., sample questions
For lack of better words, NOT happy with PSI. I'm starting to feel like its a money game. To miss the pass score by a point and a half then continue studying and after several more tries, still missing. Some of questions are worded to which two answers could be right, so if you pick one that you know is right, you can expect it will not be. I pass practice tests all day long at home in which 70 is usually my lowest score. Go take exam again, another fail! Study and practice all week for what? To fail again? I'm beyond frustrated! It makes me want to quit, except I'm not a quitter! They need to test more on what they teach on their PSI videos. They also know how to tap into your weaknesses and question you more on that rather than other questions being taught in the videos. Its a money game people!

Very helpful navigation the exam prep courses I need
I ordered a Virginia Real Estate Broker Practice Test when I scheduled my exam on December 23 for $24.95 but did not receive information on how to access it. There should be a simple link on the receipt! I called today to get assistance and was on hold for 24 minutes before the first time I spoke with someone for about 8 seconds - before I could finish my question, I was transferred to another department. After being on hold for a total of 33 minutes, I spoke to someone who was able to assist me. In total is took 39 minutes to complete a call that should have NEVER had to been placed.
