I bought all 3 practice exams, and I am so happy I did! The questions were semi-worded differently than other practice exams such as those found on Vet Tech Prep and Prendergast practice tests. These PSI practice test prepared me in regards to how the actual test was written, and how the test was actually formatted on the day of my actual VTNE! Highly recommend buying these practice exams prior to your VTNE!

Overall, it is a perfectly ok experience; however, it is really confusing when requesting a transcript be sent to an institution if you are requesting the mailing address for admissions or the main campus address for that institution.

Havent pened my test yet so i dont know what other hoops to jump through or downloads that may be required so its like tipping before i get my food only to get it late and cold.

I think it cost to much but I needed it so no choice but to pay. Other than that, the website was easy to use and phone friendly.
While testing in Grand Rapids - my system froze for several minutes and jumped to a different section of my exam. This created testing stress because it appeared answers were altered.
I also called to reschedule my exam and the phone team did not schedule me for the first available time.
Awful! Indian support staff you cannot understand. The process is not clear up front, and no one to speak with. The website does not work intuitively, just stops with no one to assist!
People were sooooo nice and I got everything done fast except for the part I had to wait so long for my license to process and it was kinda annoying so that could have been better
The overall test taking experience was good, proctors were nice and environment was fine but once I finished it took over 20 minutes of waiting to get my license.
Everything was very easy to navigate through. The entire process of creating an account to finding the practice exam that best fit my needs all played a part in how good of an experience this was.
Purchasing was relatively easy. When I bought the exercise I was led to believe there were practice questions. So I sat down casually to orient myself to the exercise through what I thought were practice questions. It was not clear that this was the actual exercise. Fortunately I passed. It was definitely not clear that this was the actual test.
Prior experience took a long time and cut in to day I took off for testing. Assuming the test is now in my email... this was smoother.
Your website sucks. It gave me no good instruction on preparing for the test. I bought a study pack for what looked like the right test, and it was not. I studied for a month, only to find out that the material was not relevant. As in like Zero percent. What would have been helpful is for there to be some direction to point me towards the reference material I needed, which I essentially had to piece together from a guy at the test centr who happenned to comuin after me, and sounds like he had the same experience. This is really frustrating and hiughly annoying.
So far so good - the worst part of it is having to put 50 charachters. The only other issue wa sit was a litel challenging making sur eI was geting the right study pack.
I originally ordered the 3-pack but cancelled in order to get the study guide/practice tests combo
I didn't really see how to get the sample, but I easily ordered the 3-pack of tests for general contracting.
I still need directions about how to get reimbursement for previously purchased vouchers which included both the skills test and PSI exam. My last class got caught in the crossover to TMU. They have taken their skills test under the TMU system and are currently scheduling their exams.
Easy to navigate, and value pricing.
