I bought a practice test, it does not work. I have been on hold for 16 minutes now. I have had similar problems before.
A little confusing finding the self-examination, from the credentials page, but I got it.
I ordered this test. Never took it. Lost access to it. Then spoke with customer service and was supposed to at least hear back about whether I would get access again and never did. I will always tell people to avoid this site and service. Unless i get a refund I will recommend every person i know who is considering using this service to steer clear.

It was fast and quick to purchase the items I needed
Every time I call psi for assistance they send the call to another country for someone who knows as much as I know or less. I failed the Virginia salesperson state portion 2 times now with no help from psi. I've paid a total of $141.15 including this test plus another $60 more to take it again. Thanks for nothing!

After my first login, I was not able to login with the same password. So I have been trying to get a recovery password for 24 hours and the password they send me doesn't let me to login. So they said they will reset account in 24 hours. So just to get a new password it takes me more than 48 hours and I was planning to schedule an exam but because of this issue I can't schedule it.
On the other hand, getting access to an exam takes too long, its a stressful process just before starting to your exam.
One more thing. First available exam schedules are usually 3 days further.(and it was just midnight! I had to take it at 2:00 am!) So you are not able to take an exam in less than 24 hours or even 48 hours.

We (me and the owner of the company I work for) have called PSI 3 times and asked what materials or book(s) I need to study in order to pass the Michigan Electrology Instructor's exam. No one person we spoke with at PSI could answer that very simple question and we requested a manager call us and we never recieved a call. The only reason we were able to find the study packet we purchased was because someone from the State of Michigan took pity on us and helped us find the link. This is completely unacceptable and psi should be fired as the exam company that states use for something as important as professional licensing exam prep.
