I purchased my practice test earlier in the month and I have not been able to access the practice test. I called for support and got no type of support. No refund and no help, hope this time I'm able to access the practice test.

What the hell did I just buy? I want a practice test for P&C.
The study material given did not match the test at all. The study material said there would be 40 questions; there was 45. The study material gave practice chapter tests that I routinely got between a 97-100 on; the actual test had very few of those questions. The wording was completely different on the test than the study materials. All in all, I passed the state test based on prior experience and logic more than the study materials provided.

A little hard to know which one would be best to buy

I purchased the CBMT Self-Assessment Exam, and found it to be very helpful in preparing for my exam. It is designed to be just like the actual exam, with the addition of explanations about each right and wrong choice. The format is easy to use, and they provide a record for you to refer to later.
I'm waiting to see if the software comes through before I give you a 5.
Very poor customer service. I purchased the test twice because I never received a confirmation email and my credit card was charged. Called customer service and send copy of credit card receipt and they still could not help. Because this is my only choice I am screwed. Emailed support 2 times with no response. 4 days and nothing. Worst service ever.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
