I used an older ipad to download the test, which didn't put it in a downloads folder to retrieve from when I downloaded it directly to my home screen (when my device asked me where I wanted to download it).
When I clicked to open it once downloaded to my home screen, it immediately said the link expired. I was denied a refund and told to buy a new test. This process for sales is terrible.

Great second time signing up I don't wanna have to keep paying and I really need to focus and pass test
It has been a pleasant experience and easy to navigate. Local testing centers makes it convenient.
The process was confusing. When going from HPCC site to psi site, I thought I received an error message, but it was not an error. I had to call HPCC to clarify.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
