Psi has been apart of the greatest testing site as well as online.

I am a public school teacher who purchased exam vouchers for my students through PSI, and I'm extremely disappointed with the experience. The vouchers come with a strict one-year expiration policy, which was not clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

When I realized that several vouchers were close to expiring—due to students not yet completing their program requirements—I reached out to request a short extension. This seemed like a reasonable accommodation given the educational setting and circumstances. Unfortunately, my request was denied without flexibility or consideration.

For a company that works with students and educational institutions, I would expect clearer communication upfront and a more understanding approach when issues arise. This policy ultimately results in wasted funds and added stress for both educators and students. I would strongly encourage PSI to improve transparency and offer more reasonable options for extensions.

This exam/test prep stuff really helped me out. I realized i knew next to nothing, but it showed me all my weak points and really helped me improve upon them. Slowly but surely i was able to do, and find more answers efficiently.

If you are a contractor or planning to get into the construction business, PSI has a very extensive resources and license exam preparation tools. I highly recommend it.

I was nervous when I came in, but the environment was very clean and calming. They kindly got me set up, in a quick manner and made sure everything went smoothly.

I failed the previous exam, none of the questions from the previous package preparation I bought appeared in the test.

My previous experience was simple and easy to purchase and navigate.

A little confusing with tests with same name but with different question amounts, I just got the one that had the most questions.

I have called 2 different phone numbers, trying to get my email password changed so i can log on and take a practice test. I was given an erroneous email address that came back undeliverable. First gentleman told me he had no records of me purchasing a test exam voucher. I'm looking right at the paperwork. UGH...
