This is my second exam coming. The last was difficult, very little on the exam came out from those hundreds of question review.
So far I have had a good experience. I am currently working on my second exam prep course and I like how the exams hit all subjects needed for when I need to take the exam
This practice test helped me pass the cdm exam! It was a great tool!
When it came down to the test the program did not allow me to take it for technical reasons. After one hour on the phone with the techs we finally got past the problems and was able to start the test.
This is when i was not allowed to take the test due to being in my office and having white boards. As you can tell that was frustrating after about 1.5 hr of trying to get started they said no to my test room.
I am going reschedule in person for the next test. I have done this before and that experience was a good one.

I ordered this package to get the most help possible for the exam but when I took the exam, almost nothing from what I studied was on it. It was really frustrating at this point. Is good information and everything but not really what we need to pass the exam

Its a been a great learning app from my experience. I do recommend it.
My overall experience was very Good program and easy to access.
It feels really scammy. You use different books for your Journeyman testing than we actually use for school. You allow a large number of books in the test, but not the Ferms or Tom Henry index that most of us rely on. And then conveniently you sell all of the books. Sounds like a racket to me. And then you charge for the practice tests? I feel like if I have to pay for the actual test- allowing a free practice test is a reasonable expectation. 0/10 I would not recommend.

Called for help with your fax #, an agent was unable to help after several attempts and emailed me another companies website and said i could find it somewhere on their website. Your candidate bulletins are not the same as what the DPOR has. I then emailed asking for the fax # and got a response saying I didn't include all of the necessary documents...

Second time buying this prep test. It didn't show up when I purchased it with my exam ticket

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
