My ipad freaked out during the download and didn't complete it. I called to get another download so I could try it on my laptop but they wouldn't do it and I had to buy it again. That's messed up.

I am hoping this order is for the HiSET transcript. We were told by the PSI representative that this was the link to buy it, even though the description on the web site doesn't really match. Hoping I am buying my transcription and not something else. Would be good if the description was updated.

Pay attention to the exam you're purchasing. I just had a mental breakdown after taking and failing my practice exam because it was the wrong exam!

The system crashes A LOT. Just about every 3rd question on the exams, I would get an error message, it would close the window, and I'd have to go into it again. It really killed my concentration. As far as the material, it did help on the exam. I passed on my first attempt. But the bugs for the iPad need to be worked out so it isn't so frustrating.

The questions on the test are totally different than the study questions. It's almost like you want the students to fail in order to extort more money from them for multiple tests

Good I needed something to help me prepare for the journeyman exam so I looked this up and I preferred. It would've been in a book but this is fine. Hopefully this helps me out. Thank you.
I was recommended by Daphne Shaffer as the educator to purchase vouchers for students. Thanks it makes it easier than a PO for every student
Emailed and called customer service multiple times due to inconsistent information given. I asked if the pre-certification license I received would suffice and was told no. State of Wisconsin requires individual exams but DOES allow for a combined Life & Health pre-cert. PSI told me "no". So I was on a back and forth with the State Commissioners office, Xcel and PSI. Customer service reps seem to NOT be trained to handle issues other than simple requests. Emailing customer service is also terrible. 48 hour wait time AND email responses occur between 2am - 4am. Not Ideal.

Your test expiration dates are very deceiving and costs a lot of people lots of money with tests that expire the same day. Very unclear when bought

I just think it's pretty cool with you offer steady guides and exam practice tests. Yes the cost money but they are way more than fair priced in my opinion and there is a decent selection in all price ranges for anyone's budget. Very great full for everything.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
