Great, but it doesn't resemble the test as well as I thought it would, but it is better than nothing
I ordered the three practice exams. Unfortunately each exam contained a large number of un-related questiosn that were EXACT repeats. Not only were the questions outside of my area of study but repeated continually wit hthe exact same question. I expected 150 questions within my area of study, but feel short changed for what I actually purchased. Would NOT recommend this to any one studying for the exam.
Helping to prep for general electrical test to learn format and question wording
I purchased the Milady 8th edition from here. I was skeptical but goad I ordered it. I purchased on a Thursday and called Monday because I had not heard anything back. Customer service was very helpful and told me when I should expect my books. They literally came that same day!
You wouldn't take my card for some reason. I had to use my wife's, which worked fine. The website is a mess, with missing details and missing pictures. It still has manuals and code books from 2009, and still has the balls to charge over 80 dollars for it.

There is no introductory page or opportunity to update Provider information. The link doesn't even confirm the Provider ID or Provider name. Not sure if I trust this process.

It has been VERY DIFFICULT to get to this point regarding setting up our portal to your PSI Store. Wouldn't it make more sense to be able to attach the course application to this payment all at the same time instead of having to wait to be contacted by a sales team member?
I tried to download the pdf to my desktop and it did not download. I have looked all over on my laptop, including recent downloads. It currently says, file has expired".

Was able to change my test date easily. That was easy and nice surprise.
You get one test. It's timed making it really hard to use it to help study. It doesn't tell you anymore on what you need to study than the actual test. They use it to try and get you to spend $100 for their course. And obviously monopoly. They have 700 questions all based on trying to trick you. Horrible humans.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
