I have been very satisfied with Protazen. I have followed the recommendations of a healthy diet along with exercise. I can honestly say I feel a difference in my mood and in my energy levels. Wow absolutely AMAZING,,, I was at my wits end with my mood swings I mean I was crying, upset, depressed for really no apparent reason, so I started searching the internet for something that can maybe help without chemicals and I came across "Protazen" and OMG did I notice the difference my long time live in boyfriend also noticed the difference and is he ever happy and so am I.
I recommend this product to all that struggle with mood swings.
