I've been using this site for a coupl of years but over the past few months it been bad. I've had issues with tracking my items. On their end they told me the item came all the way to my state and had to sent back to them because of a label issue. It took almost 3 weeks to get my item. Then someone on their end locked my account and I had to prove who I was. They messed the paypal info that was in their system. My last straw. The items won was not what they say it was. I won a jewelry lot. The diamond ring is not really diamonds. So I am closing my account.

Won a bunch of items for cheap, they claim they can't package items together so some has free shipping, some is payed. They packaged MOST of my items together then charged my credit card a couple grand in shipping fees.

When I enquire about it, they LOCK ME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT and claim they now need to talk to me to verify who I am. They have a photo of my passport and credit card. I made them aware, BEFORE spending six grand, I am going to be living at the hospital starting today for at least a week, now MELANIE in the VP department is basically blackmailing my account until I can get ahold of them - THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE PEOPLE ANSWERING PHONES. Just a phone line to a voicemail box to nowhere. They can return emails but not calls, they are giving me the run around, meanwhile I am in the hospital.

Good Support from PropertyRoom. The Police Auctions are a great source of inventory and come as pictured.

This company has a huge warehouse, and they resell things for companies and state agencies for a percentage. Propertyroom gets around a 100-400 pallets in every week. They do their best at making items presentable, but they are always swamped and they cant test everything, so they list things as best that they can. They are honest and will respond to your questions. -W. E. Lee

This site is a site that I have just started to use. The merchandise is somewhat legit... I won several bids, one was a pair of bangles (costume jewelry at best). There must be a middleman of the better term is pitch bidder who drives up the price. The bangles were not worth the bidding price of $5.00 plus $10.00 shipping and handling which was outrageous! It takes anywhere from 5 to 6 days to get what you won, considering this is first class postage.
I am looking half-heartedly on getting the watches that I won, ( they are suppose to be from police property and others)... All materials are shipped from Industry, California; if this is a police auction why...
What is Luxury Line Wholesale? Why are their products on this site...

I've bid on and won many things from this site and I'm pretty excited to be the first reviewer. I know this site has been around for awhile because it was introduced to me by my mother. Their descriptions of the items for auction are accurate; I bid on an item which was listed as having a small scratch, when I received it that's all it was a small scratch which was refreshing. I'm always nervous to find out what is considered small. Overall, super happy with all the things I've gotten through here. I'm always out for a bargain!
