Bought a high definition TV the was said to be tested. THEY LIED! Complete trash. AMBER refused to refund even after I returned it to PROVE to her that there was zero signs that it was CRACKED as she accused me of breaking it even after I treated it with kid gloves! Long time buyer, they disrespected me by accusing me lying! Will never do business with them again! I will buy my stuff from Costco that gives me a refund FOR ANY REASON unlike these frauds! They have the tv so what do I get? NOTHING!
When selling "as is" item propertyroom should mention all details... it is just unfair to spend money on them garbage item they make look good on the pictures.
Propertyroom.com is entirely legit as long as you bid on the police auctions only. Be aware larger items may require pickup. Do a little research and you can save serious money.
Read every listing closely especially Coins and Jewelry. A good buy at $1.00 but after $10+ shipping I feel it is a rip off especially when they don't combine. I paid $13.00 for 1 common silver dime. Some of the $1.00 wins and their charges...
Lost a lot of time on this site, as a result, I was denied the won auction. I was discriminated against. My account has been blocked.
I have been using this website for a very long time. I have spent $7,000 to $10,000 with this company. I got busy at work and I didn't realize I won some items. So i when to my account and I purchased the items And I noticed some items went back so I went back to the website and I rebidded on the items to make the wrong right because it was unfair to the seller. Plus I really wanted the items. But I noticed one thing that they will hit your account for 20 different items. Instead of creating one bill with those twenty items on it to make one transaction instead of twenty transaction. So my bank declined a lot of the transactions because of fraudulent activity because one business was hithing my account for 20 items and the bank institutions see it as Fraudulent activity. To make a long story short after all these years of using this website and 7 to $10,000 dollars later they blocked my account.
We’re sorry you’re having an unpleasant experience. Payment transactions are not able to be combined as each auction is considered a different transaction, and as such is handled separately. Attempts to restore your account are being made and you have been asked to acknowledge PropertyRoom.com’s Bidding and Buying Policy. PropertyRoom.com is an untrustworthy website that falsely labels products and ships items inconsistent with product descriptions. I ordered a ring that was described as "3.25ctw White Sapphire". However, upon receiving the product it was clearly cubic zirconia. Furthermore, after attempting to wear the ring, my finger became discolored due to the materials of the band immediately fading. I believe this is just a cheap drop shipping operation. DO NOT order from this site! Or at least be aware of the risks and misrepresentation!
We are sorry to hear of your disappointing experience. It is never PropertyRoom.com's intent to engage in the misrepresentation of items. The full product description states the metal is gold overlay and the gemstones are man-made white sapphire. No claims were made that the piece was solid gold, or the gemstones were natural. The product shipped was as described. Please refer to the auction link: https://www.propertyroom.com/l/l/16035093. PropertyRoom.com has received your complaint issue and return instructions were provided by merchant seller Luxury Line Wholesale.
Site is a great concept and could be really great if they could get their s**t together. Customer service is a joke, T&C's are designed to protect the bottom line (as opposed to work for customer satisfaction) and the "combined shipping" is total BS. They make a killing selling shipping...not selling auction items. 1/10 would not recommend, will warn a friend.
Don't ever deal with this place I have five winning bids at some random address and property room refuses to help me at alllll
PropertyRoom.com ships product to the winning bidder's address on file. It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to ensure their address information is correct and up to date before placing their bids. Once a bid is placed, any changes made to an address do not apply to active bids and orders that are already under way. They only care about is taking your money. Buyer beware with this company. Purchased a vehicle that was listed with 15K miles. Turns out the vehicle had well over 100K miles. They did noting to resolve the issue. They even canceled my account when I complained to law enforcement agencies.
Worst customer service.
Don't waste your time.
Don't waste your money.
The vehicle in question was sold with the true mileage disclosed in the auction images as well as in the product description. Additionally, a preview of the asset was offered which provides all interested parties a chance to visually inspect the vehicle to ensure it meets the prospective buyer's needs. Vehicles are sold as-is and all sales are final, and a request to refund due to buyer not reviewing the listing details is unfortunately not considered a valid reason for cancellation. The account was closed because a payment dispute was filed on the purchase, according to our Bidding and Buying Policy: https://help.propertyroom.com/support/solutions/articles/44001804935-bidding-and-buying
A number of items sold on property room are fake. I purchased a watch that turn out to be fake when I returned it my account was cancelled. There is no way to challenged them or know the reason for closing an account.
PropertyRoom.com is restricted from selling counterfeit goods. We endeavor to accurately describe and present items to the best of our ability. I've purchased a handful of beautiful jewelry pieces at a fair price. However, the warranty for these pieces is only so many days. Of course most (if not all), of the jewelry tarnished beyond repair. My costume jewelry from Forever 21 has lasted longer. My advcie: don't buy.
As returns are time sensitive, it is the buyer's responsibility to report any product issues within 10 business days of receipt. We are unable to authorize returns on product that has been in a buyer's possession for several months (or years). They want to charge to ship each thing and alot of they won't ship witch looked up and us mail and fed ex will ship customer pick up come on. Then show to people in that area only. I
PropertyRoom.com does combine shipment on orders that are sold on behalf of law enforcement/government agency, close auction the same day, and are shipped from the same processing center location. At this time combined shipping is not available for product sold on the site by our merchant sellers. More information on combined shipping can be found at: https://help.propertyroom.com/support/solutions/articles/44001804948-combined-shipping With regard to product location, PropertyRoom.com has filters set in place so users can search by specific merchants or police goods, as well as search by processing center location: https://help.propertyroom.com/support/solutions/articles/44001805084-search-filter
Their jewelry claims to be real gold, diamonds, pearls, etc but they are not. Alot of fake overpriced items that are not guaranteed. Your credit card info is not safe on this site. You will be charged outrageous prices up to thousands for shipping with no one contacting you or letting you know. They will then block you. Sometimes out of your own paypal and then have you verify your identity to get into your account. I am pretty sure this is a scam. Most items shipping out of CA., CEO of company in Frederick, MD. Contact him. I think another reviewer put his name on here. This site is a SCAM. Do not fall for it.
You will never win anything worth your wild. If you did, it's garbage. Be wary of hidden charges as well. Never put credit card info on site.
On the bid review page where the user finalizes their bids, the delivery fees as well as sales tax (is applicable) is displayed. If the buyer does not agree to these charges they are not obligated to confirm their bid. Won 3 mystery boxes, with this being the description: "EVERYDAY WE RECEIVE MAJOR RETAILERS OVER-STOCK ITEMS (UNOPENED) FROM ACROSS THE COUNTRY. THESE ITEMS HAVE NOT BEEN OPENED AND ARE IN THEIR ORIGINAL NEW PACKAGING - EVERYTHING FROM NAME BRAND SUNGLASSES TO CLOTHING TO ELECTRONICS BLUE TOOTH ITEMS AND MORE". Spent over $600 on all 3 boxes, they came from Canada, NOT from within the country. They took over 2 weeks to arrive when I payed for 5-7 day shipping. The boxes were badly damaged upon arrival. The items inside were mostly cheap dollar store items or super old. On top of being cheap and old, the items were damaged as well. ALL 3 boxes had several items that were damaged or out of the packaging. The bluetooth earbuds are knockoffs, I thought that was illegal? When i contacted propertyroom.com they did respond to my email very quickly, with this info."The items that you have mentioned are sold on PropertyRoom.com by Trusted Merchant HotDeals, and they have been copied on this response so follow-up can be provided. They will update you shortly and their contact information is below:" so basically telling me its not their problem. Funny thing is that hotdeals email is at propertyroom, sooo... doesn't that mean they are connected companies? Will never purchase from them again. They are a scam and ripoff.
The product you are referring to was sold and shipped by PropertyRoom.com's merchant seller HotDeals, who are located in Canada. As such your product was shipped from Canada and you were placed in contact with the merchant seller so they could assist you directly with the product you received from them. With regard to shipment and delivery times, The term “Standard (5 - 7 business days)” is not a guaranteed delivery time, but an estimate time-frame for which standard shipments are typically delivered by carrier once product has left the shipping facility. PropertyRoom.com Shipping Guidelines can be found at: https://help.propertyroom.com/support/solutions/articles/44001804788-shipping-guidelines
I've made three purchases from Property room and they came through each time. I got a vehicle previously owned by the state of CT, a Peace Silver Dollar and an oscilloscope. Everything was good. Slower than Amazon for sure but think about what they are doing.
They only care about taking your money.
Worst customer service.
Don't waste your time.
Don't waste your money.
Save you're money and go to a legitimate website with legitimate offers. Enough said
Answer: This company has a huge warehouse, and they resell things for companies and state agencies for a percentage. Propertyroom gets around a 100-400 pallets in every week. They do their best at making items presentable, but they are always swamped and they cant test everything, so they list things as best that they can. They are honest and will respond to your questions. -W. E. Lee
