Advertising and said that it was a motion camera which is incorrect it is not a motion camera I have emailed waiting for somebody to call me

Very easy so far. Received it as promised. Tracking information was sent to me immediately and the follow up emails were fantastic. I hope that camera is everything advertised.

The product that I received did not work as intended. I could not get the micro sd card to read. I've sent a request to return and update my product, but have yet to receive confirmation of my ability to return. I will keep trying.

Received the wrong USB stick, I ordered a android version and got an apple version. Customer support is virtually non-existent the only way is to email them and my email is not valid but is the same one used to order the USB stick. I have contacted one person which never answered, left a message with all my infor and still have not received any response. I will not purchase from this site again.
