I have a few more purchases to make from this company. Great products with lifetime updates. I have the data recovery stick and the iRecovery stick.
The delivery took four days from when the order was placed. The instruction booklet that came with the item is not very detailed and you need to guess about several items.
Shipping was fast and received as expected. I would like to have received this survey after I have had more of an opportunity to use and try the product. Confirming receipt of shipment and requesting how I like the product is not really allowing time to evaluate how it works. Performance unsure, easy of charging seems easy, appearance of the pen voice recorder looks great and professional just hope it records as well as it looks.

Product was delivered on time. Too soon to evaluate the product as it just came in today. Has to be fully charged before a test of the product can be made.

Shopping so far has been very easy
While the directions are in English they are not detailed enough. I have no idea what the difference is between turning the switch to continuous recording or the supervoice operated system. And there doesn't seem to be anyone or any number to call to ask for help.
