I highly recommend Promotion Pros. Your representative, Heather Zanon, was fabulous! She was helpful, friendly, funny and handled all of my concerns with such professionalism. Originally I wasn't sure what I wanted...she gave suggestions, send my ideas and even sent me info on items not seen online. She helped me to find the right gift for our staff back to school event. I received my large order in a timely manner and also received follow up from her. I will continue to use your company for all of our future needs.

This woman has the best customer service skills I have encountered in a long time. She is patient, interested in her customers and what they have to say, she goes the extra mile in suggesting creative things, she follows-up, she is overall amazing. She is why I am now a PromtionPros.com customer. If American businesses could find ways to clone Hillary Danaher, their profits would soar. I am always a bit leery of doing things on-line, especially if I am not 100% sure of what I am looking for, but Hillary made it a pleasure and she walked me through every step of the process.
