My dress strap snapped during my pictures before I even made it to prom, and it was the first Ive worn it. The strap was hanging on by TWO threads and seconds later snapped. The dress is too big for me, so its not like it was being pulled on. Will NOT be buying from this company again.

I was so scared of the fabric being awkward looking and for the flowers to look cheap and ironed on, but the dress was the exact opposite! Its so beautiful, I cant wait to wear it to my senior prom. It fits beautifully. My only problem is that its couples inches too long even with my heels on but its not a big deal to me! Love love love this dress. :)

My dress arrived on time. When I opened the bag, it had a funny smell and a few strings hanging off that needed to be cut. And it was a large that fit like a medium... but over all it was a success!
The beading could be a little better but it was overall a very nice outcome. Alterations needed since it wasn't made for shorter people.
My dress is a Madison James which I got from the today only deals and it came within 3 days ended up needing alterations that costed just as much as the dress but that was my fault in sizing (sometimes bigger isnt always better haha)
I originally wrote a raving review about the price and how quickly I received the dress. It wasn't until last night when I actually had to wear the dress that I discovered that this was a poorly made dress. First, the zipper got stuck in the material and it was extremely hard to get it out. However, after getting the zipper up, when I pulled the dress up under each arm, the right side ripped. This was a destination wedding and it happened 5 minutes before the shuttle arrived at our hotel to pick us up. I tried to make due with the dress for the rest of the night--however, I was extremely disappointed.
I have ordered two dresses from here. The dresses are nicely made and shipped and delivered in just a few days.
The dress was great quality and form fitting. I Recieved many complements. Only dislike is how lose the netting is other thank that loved the dress. In my opinion the dress runs bigger than actual size.

Prom Girl made sure that my daughters prom dress, which was out of stock, was ordered and sent directly from the designer. This service went above and beyond and I really appreciated it. We received it in plenty of time for her event and for some minor alterations needed. I hope in the future this industry can carry petites as well. Thanks again
I spent $100 on a prom dress that came with a broken zipper and a hole in the back. By the time I got the dress to my house, it was too late to return it. So I had to go and spend $125 to fix all of the problems with it. Im pissed off that PromGirl would even send me a dress with all of these problems, especially when I paid $100 for it.
Prom Girl was very accommodating throughout all my purchases i made, I made 4 purchases all together. I had old credit from many many years ago and without knowing my credit had expired, i tried to buy more dresses for my prom this year and it wouldnt let me but i just called them, explained my situation, and they were able to reactivate the credit i had. I ordered two more dresses and i was starting to get scared because it was getting closer and closer to my prom date, but all of my orders got here in a timely fashion of about a week. I gave them 4 stars because even though my experience was phenomenal, its just annoying how if you get store credit, that credit eventually expires which I thought kind of sucked, but my overall experience was definitely amazing and we will definitely be shopping on Prom Girl again in the next few years for my sisters prom!
I got this dress and it was super pretty but when I went to put it on a strap broke and then it didn't fit. I have really broad shoulders so the dress doesn't fit around my ribs. If you have broad shoulders and a wide chest either get a size up or don't get this dress.
Very pleased with the ordering process, however, product (lace) was damaged upon arrival on my daughter's prom dress. Hoping exchange/return process will be an easy process as well.
