If I could put zero stars I would. I emailed them at first to make sure it was 100% legit and they said they promise good quality and a good fit and if I'm unsatisfied I will receive 100% of my money back. So I ordered it it look nothing like what it did on the picture, the dress I had look so cheap and it didn't even have the chain like how it was displayed in the picture. Also the dress did not fit well at all it looked horrible so when I asked for a refund they denied Mr and saying there isn't a way to return it when they promised my money back. So nobody should ever order from this site, it is horrible let this be a warning now.

We ordered a prom dress for my daughters upcoming prom, The dress came in a timely fashion. But it is horrible. The dress was advertised to be one color, but they mixed clashing colors and changed the belt so it looks awful. I have made numerous attempts to get them to fix it or replace it or give back my money. They just say, oh its okay, we like it, you should be happy. I'm not, my daughter is devastated. Their customer service is worthless at best

My daughter found a gorgeous dress. Site seems legit. The first day I chatted live with someone who was very helpful and showed me the back of said dress. The next day I went to order online and it pushed me to add 25-30 dollar shipping. Which i went ahead and added. The total came to $166 which I was fine with. So they went to process it, my bank declined. They went to process it again for another amount under the $166, my bank declined it again. It locked up my card. My bank says its fraudulent. And they have no secure way at all what so ever to check out. They also do not use Paypal but accept western union, please be aware!

Do not EVER order from them. Don't be fooled by their return policy either when it says you will get a full refund if the color comes wrong. My dress was supposed to be white and silver and they made it white and gold and won't give me my money back. On top of the color being wrong it also does not fit me, after giving them my custom measurements, you would think it would. I have never had a problem ordering online and they are the exception to that. Save yourself from the stress. They are absolutely terrible.

We ordered a dress from them and added the $9.99 for custom fit and what we got was a disaster to say the least. The dress is now at the tailors to be fixed since there is no time to find a new one from a reputable store. The bodice is beaded and almost all of the beading is either falling off or so poorly sewn on that is will fall off upon first wearing! The fit, well, having checked that we sent the right measurements with the tailor, it has to be taken in at least an 1" on both sides. Having sent Prombelle the required pictures of their poor work I was offered the dress to keep and a 5% refund. Really! Don't buy for them, very unreliable and very poor quality work. Save yourself money and aggravation. P.S. The dress was shipped form China!
