The site was easy enough to navigate, but the checkout process wasn't very well designed in my opinion, - at least not for an iPhone. I pressed the purchase button three times before I realized something wasn't filled out correctly. It's a small complaint but I still feel it has merit. The rest of the site was very easy to maneuver through!

Though it was less than the previous lamp I bought, it is working just as well. Haven't faced any issue related to performance. The brightness is still the same since I installed it. In short, the product is more than worth the money.

Was having trouble with check out could not get customer service on phone. The website was clear and easy to use.

When the projector lamp I ordered from Projectorquest stopped working within the first week of use, I felt I should order from another site. But after chatting with customer service I decided to have them replace the projector lamp instead. Replacement worked great. Glad I decided to give them a second shot.

Great prices and selection of projector bulbs. Bad checkout and website is very generic. Had to back out of the checkout to find the shipping settings.

It has been nearly 6 months and the lamp is still working well. Never encountered any issue related to performance or installation. Recommend this site to everyone.
