The arrangement was nice. Not exactly what I ordered. It was smaller than I anticipated and it did not have the ears but flowers were ok.

I paid for the upgraded version of the flowers. I picked out so they would be more full. My sister sent me a picture and they didn't look any extra full or big compared to the original bouquet that was much cheaper. They were still beautiful. Just wish I wouldn't have spent the extra money.

Wife thought that the bouquet should have been delivered, in water and in a vase. She didn't think the roses should be in a bundle, but rather delivered IN the vase.

Really easy to use site. However, I order an easter arrangement, and what was delivered looked nothing like the photo, not close to spring flower colors, and the vase was cheap and ugly. I do not think my gift recipient got anything close to the quality and size that I paid for,

Flowers arrived in evening. It was the person's birthday so most of their special day they did not have this gift. I assumed am delivery, but won't assume in future. Further, the recipient said the flowers did not open up in the days after delivery. I am disappointed - I spent extra on this purchase as it was a milestone birthday. I will use a different company in future.

Answer: CS could care less and obviously lied to me. I looked like a fool to my lado love dearly. I can screw my own life with out an assistant costing me $85 bucks.
Answer: You're going to have to call to see if the recipient even received them. When I ordered from ProFlowers, the flowers were never delivered and when I contacted customer service I was told they couldn't be delivered until 4 days after the event for which I ordered them. Customer service did not see the issue and felt this was nothing more than an inconvenience. I would suggest shopping elsewhere.
Answer: I paid over 100 for twelve on Mother's Day and never received them …… Hopefully I get my money back … Buyer beware
