Unhappy
April 18, 2020

Sent flowers to my to brighten her day on the anniversary of something really horrible. Ordered them 3 weeks in advance. She started working from home so I changed delivery location. Sent to previous location and left in a hallway. Arrangement looked like it had been dropped and rearranged. Horrible service. Asked for replacement and it never happened.

Worst company!
April 15, 2020

I used this company to send flowers so somebody. First I tried to use my coupon code they had given me-it didnt work. I called customer service to ask them to help me and they said they couldn't help me and weren't allowed to give me the code for discount (even though i had one in my hand for the same discount)
I decided to order without the discount and i ordered and paid for same day delivery. Day after day after day no flowers ever showed up. I emailed and called multiple times and never got a response. I would sit on hold waiting for somebody to talk to for hours... never an answer. So All the money i paid for overly expensive flowers ( that never showed up is just down the drain)

Awful
April 13, 2020

So I ordered my girlfriend flowers on Wednesday night and they were supposed to be delivered Saturday. I wait all day to see a text from her saying she got them but it never came. It is now Monday and I was finally able to get in contact with someone from the company and they said my order was canceled. I did get a refund but I was not told my order was canceled. Stay Away!

Thumbs Down!
March 24, 2020

Delivery was late for designated business hours, no response from customer service in an effort to have delivery re-routed to a home address. I had to call every floral shop in the delivery town, to re-route myself. Four days later I received a response email from PROFlowers, saying I can't change my or cancel my order... never tried to cancel.

Ordered a bouquet of roses for my daughter on Valentine's Day. They wilted within two days of arrival. When I contacted pro flowers they promised to redeliver so I rescheduled. Nothing was delivered. Their excuse was that they were no longer delivering that arrangement in Madison Wisconsin. I have contacted them again to find out when the replacement delivery will be but they are ignoring me.

Attempted to purchase flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day. When they missed the delivery deadline I called their "customer service" line (if you could even call it that). After waiting nearly an hour I got some rude agent who could barely speak a word of English but had a lot of attitude to give. I had to repeat my order number 6 times before he got it right even when speaking very slowly and clearly. When I asked what happened to the flowers they informed me that the florist emailed them to say they did not carry the flowers I ordered. When I asked them then why didn't they email me about it or issue an immediate refund he just kept repeating that the florist emailed them saying they didn't carry that item, again with increasing attitude. When I finally had enough and requested a supervisor he kept intentionally refusing to put me on the phone with the supervisor and kept insisting that all he could do was issue a refund. After more trips around this frustrating circle I finally said to just issue the refund which I got 4 days later. Cut to 10 days later and I finally got an email saying the flowers were delayed and to get in touch with them. Another call to "Customer Service " later and more of the same, just a repeated apology that the email was sent in error as the refund was already issued and would make a note on the order with no deviation from this line and another hang up in frustration. I am convinced that these agents barely speak a word of English and are given a few scripted lines that they will NEVER deviate from but are free to add as much attitude to their tone as they want. In short stay far away from this company.

Flowers arrived frozen on Valentine's Day and literally died that same night, even though the "directions" they sent were followed exactly. The flowers were for my mother who is grieving my father's death. Valentine's Day was his birthday and he always sent her sweetheart roses for V-Day even though it was his birthday. Not only was it a huge waste of money, the dead flowers did the OPPOSITE of what they were supposed to do and just reminded my mother of my father's death. I reached out to ProFlowers multiple times with no response. They don't answer their phone and don't respond to email. I send flowers all the time with great experiences. This is the first and last time I will use ProFlowers. All they had to do was respond, but they didn't. Save your money and use a different service. The picture below was taken the day after they arrived.

To say that I was disappointed and embarrassed... oh ya! I bought a Groupon for ProFlowers. Beware they add crazy delivery charges... care charge... blah blah... My total purchase price of almost $70 looked like a $5 bunch from a gas station! Most of the flowers were either wilted or petals were scarred. I've added a photo...

OMG Just Don't
February 19, 2020

My boyfriend ordered me flowers on Feb 3rd, a stargazer & lilies bouquet, the one they actually use as a cover for their website. He asked for them to be delivered on the 13th (hoping to avoid the 14th rush and error proofing his order). He ordered on the 3rd, I didn't get anything the 13th or the 14th. He called on the 14th and asked what happened. They told him that they didn't know and they would get something out to me on the 18th. So I got a dozen 1/2 dead roses delivered on the 19th, in a chipped vase and I must say that the lack of care was extremely obvious on ProFlowers end. Nothing Pro about what I got. Oh and I should mention that one of the roses was so bad it had to be thrown in the trash. Shame on you! Pathetic. My guy would never allow delivered flowers to be my only gift, but others do. They're expensive and when you pay $35.00 for delivery alone you better make it right! He called and attempted multiple times to get them to fix this and this was their version of fixing. :( Don't even ask about a refund, they'll offer you $0.48 cents!

WHY EVEN BOTHER
February 18, 2020

My order was supposed to get delivered on VALENTINE'S DAY. Guess you what it was delivered on Feb 18th. I was told by their customer service person that i should have picked a less busy day. Really? I know what i should have done is picked a different flower company that will at least stand behind their order. Very disappointed. I do see that this was a big problem. FIX IT PROFLOWERS!

Terrible service
February 18, 2020

My 91-year-old mother Was supposed to be delivered flowers On 02-12-2020 and they never were delivered. After I did all the research I realized they stated it was damaged. No response no follow-up no phone calls, no nothing. I called them and their phone number went to a busy Tone. They did the same thing to my office manager with her mother. I also emailed them numerous times, Then finally I got an email and stated they would take $10 off the next purchase. The next purchase? Seriously? Again still no response today from them. I told him I wanted the flowers delivered and my money back if they wanted to continue my business. All I hear is crickets. If this happened to me in my office manager in a town of 5500, I wonder who else they screwed over?

I the pictures show what they look like less then 24 hours after I received them. DO NOT ORDER FROM PROFLOWERS. The sender has tried to contact the company but has not received a response.

Poor quality of plant

Ordered a low maintenance plant for my wife for V-day. Showed up broken with brown and yellow leaves. When she came in on Monday it was mostly black and dead. Got a full refund after calling in but will never order from them again.

Embarrassing
February 16, 2020

I received the "lucky in love bouquet" on Valentines Day. Nice box but garbage inside. I was embarrassed, I felt bad that my son got ripped off. The tag said that there was a vase. No vase, it probably would have been broken anyway.

I placed my online order on the 11th for delivery on the 14th for Valentine's to surprise my wife. Figuring they would deliver sometime early afternoon. Then get a notice after i submitted the order that if could be as late as 8pm! Then with that over priced shipping and care fee i figure it would be worth the surprise and smile on my wife's face. But nothing all day and nothing during the evening, then received an email that my order was deliver. This was after 8pm now and i was furious and hurt and pissed beyond words. How could they ruin one simple task. I called customer service and kept my cool as the it wasn't the reps fault. Howerver, i could bare understand the rep as her english was not very clear. They couldn't solve anything this late and cancelled my order and made sure i was not charged. Of all days to screw up. Never ever will i use Proflowers again. Better to go into florist shop and give them my money direct to the florist maybe i'll get service. Still fuming!
