ProFlowers appears to be using grocery store flower departments as their "florists" in Dallas - so expect grocery store quality. Additionally, they managed to not get my Valentines Day order to my wife on the 14th.
Then, when the order was delivered on the 15th… the order was wrong - no stuffed animal as per the order and a so-so mixed bouquet in a bland vase.
They have promised a full refund, but we'll see…
If I could have given 0 stars I would have. Never will use them ever again. Never got a phone call or a message to tell me my order was canceled. The only way I found out my order was canceled was because I called to verify a time frame of the delivery. On Valentines day. Had I not been on my game I would have sat back and expected that my wife received her flowers. Thank god I had a back up plan. Fortunately for Proflowers no one will probably see this review therefore they will continue to be absolutely trash and continue to mess up peoples days.
Had a special rate that I used to buy flowers for my wife for Valentines. I ordered on the 10th, paid $21 for delivery, never showed up. I supplied my email, phone etc., NO ONE CALLED. I contacted them via email, they stated the address I supplied was inaccurate. It's the SAME address I have used for over 20 years, all other florists seem to find it. Why couldn't they call! NEVER AGAIN.
Ordered a deluxe bouquet of flowers for a 98 year old spending her second day in a nursing facility with the name of Rose. Flowers arrived 1 day late, wrong size bouquet, only one rose in bunch with picture showing 4, the vase was supposed to be red but was clear. Actually, nothing about the order was correct. Don't use these guys if you have an expectation that what you see is what you get.
I ordered two dozen multi colored roses for my wife for Valentine's Day TO BE DELIVERED ON VALENTINE'S DAY. The flowers were delivered a day early with no notification. I live in upstate NY where it was in the low 20s. The flowers were sitting outside at my door for hours because I was not expecting them. To make matters worse the quality of the flowers was deplorable. I was horrified when my wife opened them. I was so ashamed and embarrassed to even present these wilted half dead flowers to my wife especially because she deserved so much better after all she does for our family. Proflowers should be ashamed of themselves. When I complained to customer service their solution was to offer me a 30% refund as if that was going to make everything better. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU DON'T EITHER. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!
Ordered 2 dozen roses w/vase on 2-7 for delivery on 2-13. Never received order. They SUCK and broken promises. Better of going to the store myself. WARNING: Want things done do it yourself!
I will give you three stars because it was delivered the same day I ordered it, but I really didn't like the florist's arrangement, I expected something more decent. Fortunately, my long distance boyfriend liked it, but I hope next time the arrangements will be realistic, like the one on your website, because we paid for it even though there are so many hidden charges just to make our loved ones happy.
Flowers ordered a month in advance. Not delivered yesterday as promised. When I called this morning I was told that they would be delivered today. I checked their website a few minutes ago and it still said they were preparing the flowers. So I called customer service because their chat function doesn't work. I was then told there was a problem with the container for the flowers and that there would need to be a substitution. OK. But that doesn't address the fact that it is now late and they never contacted me to ask about a substitution. And now they aren't even saying that it would be delivered today. I asked for a supervisor but that request was not met with a "yes."
I ordered flower for mom for her birthday. Wanted them sent a few day after order. Kept getting emails saying order can not be delivered due to florist availability. It also stated apon response they would send next avaliable bouquet. After responding 2 time and still receiving the same email I called. Customer service told me they would send a different bouquet, and they chose the one that was sent. Got conformation email and thought things were all good. A week later talked to mom still no flowers. This company made me look like a chump. Trying to do something nice for mom and now it looks like i did nothing. This is the worst experience I've ever had with Proflowers. I will never use them again and you should not either. There's better flower delivery services out there. Don't look like a chump!
Never again will I use proflowers! They advertise same day flower and it's day two and the flowers have not been delivered. I called and they couldn't do anything. I chatted with someone and same response. Horrible experience! Second bad experience….two strikes and you guys are out! Waste of money and time! Don't use them if the flowers are important!
Wanted to send sympathy flowers to a funeral home and was able to pick just the right arrangement at a great price. They knew exactly the funeral home and time to deliver. Everything was perfect.
I chose the arrangement I did because it came with a cute smiley face holder, and what I received was just a standard case. They didn't even have the decency to call me and said they couldn't accommodate my request. They didn't mind accommodating the bill, though, because they took my money.
I reached out via email, and I have yet to hear anything back from the company. I advise you to please use 18 800 flowers. They are so much better, and I regret using flowers. I searched several online floral shops, and this one offered same-day delivery if ordered within one hour and 36 minutes I quickly placed my order to meet the time requirement. The day ended with no flower delivery and in checking the tracking number it said it would be delivered a day after which I was, of course not happy with. When I contacted the company via chat, they said the representative at the local florist had sent me an email to notify me of the delivery delay and that I responded that that would be OK. No I don't think I did so when I ask them for a copy of my apparent email approval they could not find it. Not only was the arrangement late by 24 hours,
Not to mention also, they delivered the wrong arrangement.
I got a Bougainvillea plant for Mother's Day. 2 days later all leaves and blossoms fell off. I got another one and the same thing happened. I called customer service again and I got blamed for not knowing how to take care of plants! They do not know how to treat customers. Never again!
Never delivered flowers for Mother's Day……. No compensation as to "well still send them out tomorrow because we messed up at no charge" no customer service…. Don't use and buyer beware …..

Ordered and paid for about $200 in flowers for Mothers Day. Order was supposed to be delivered on the 12th but NO ONE REACHED OUT TO TELL ME IT HAD BEEN DELAYED TO HE 16TH! Luckily I called and they informed me my flowers would get there 4 DAYS LATER! When trying to get a solution, the customer call center has a very strong language barrier and its very hard to deal with. I was lied to and hung up on 4 different times. DO NOT BUY...DO NOT BUY...DO NOT BUY.
The ordering is easy, the payment options flawless and the flowers were not only a tremendous bargain; but beatiful and struck just the note of 'Get Well' I was wishing to convey. This has been and continues to be a first rate business to do patronize. No qualms in recommending them.
I bought flowers to be sent to my daughter for her birthday, and they never arrived. I was told they could send them the next day instead?
I went online to order my neighbor some thank you flowers for bringing me my package that was addressed wrong. The price was around $51-$55. At check out the total came out to $82.00 (rounding up from the cents). How is this even possible? I exited out of there and went over to 1-800-Flowers instead. That is absolutely ridiculous!
Answer: CS could care less and obviously lied to me. I looked like a fool to my lado love dearly. I can screw my own life with out an assistant costing me $85 bucks.
Answer: You're going to have to call to see if the recipient even received them. When I ordered from ProFlowers, the flowers were never delivered and when I contacted customer service I was told they couldn't be delivered until 4 days after the event for which I ordered them. Customer service did not see the issue and felt this was nothing more than an inconvenience. I would suggest shopping elsewhere.
Answer: I paid over 100 for twelve on Mother's Day and never received them …… Hopefully I get my money back … Buyer beware
