Fed ex was late on their first attempt to begin with and continued to give business closed once they tried to deliver. The first business closed, the owner was on property all day, the second, he did step out for an hour or two to tow a vehicle. Deliveries always drop off there without issue, including fed ex. I use these tires for racing and have them shaved before they are track ready. I have purchased almost 20 tires for me and my teammates this year. I will not continue to do business with Priority if they do not have another delivery option or can resolve the current Fed ex delivery issues.
We're sorry to hear that you experienced an odd delivery issue with FedEx! Please understand that that is not something we can control outside of reporting the problem to them and trying to help them improve their quality control. Thankfully such issues are not common and it is possible that they specifically had a local issue of sorts, perhaps even with a temp service. Naturally we do apologize on their and our behalf but do assure you that that is not the norm!

The purchase and shipment was good. I am a bit disappointed that my tire was made more than a year ago. This was an old tire. Trailer tires age out not wear out. This means I lost a year of tire value because you sent me an old tire. It should be within 3 months of manufacture when we buy "NEW" tires.
We do have to disagree with you, as from our 20+ year professional experience we do expect that trailer tires will not age-out in any notable way and will serve you well for many years to come! Regardless of that, of course, we do have to point out that no specific age was guaranteed in the first place, with our stance on tire ages being publicly advertised and available! Some of our tires will certainly be very young but we cannot guarantee age within 3 months in any scenario. Once more, the tires will be in excellent condition regardless!
