Tires had shipping label created 6 days ago, still waiting on carrier to pick up, after 2 days a different carrier should have been hired, but no let's just let our customers wait and wait on their orders. Again 6 days still haven't moved!

Please be advised that we have hundreds of warehouses and thousands of orders per day, for such operations we do have a more complex and sophisticated shipping network and logistics in place, so rest assured that whenever such a shipping issue happens we take the appropriate steps to resolve the matter. In this case it is most likely that we've received conflicting information about the package simultaneously being picked up and yet missing or not yet picked up, leading to the issue. We'll be sure to investigate and get this resolved for you ASAP!

So yes the tires are inexpensive, when I chose to have in home install off of the Priority Tire website I never received a confirmation from the installer until I reached out to them. They informed me that they don't even service my area and haven't in over a year.
We are quite shocked to hear this and do apologize! Our affiliated installer program is regularly updated, it keeps expanding and improving all-around, so we'll make sure to fix this error and ensure that things like that do not happen again!
These tires came a lot faster than expected. Very good price. Will recommend to everyone I know looking for tires, and will shop again.

This is not my first order from Priority Tire. I ordered what I needed at a much lower rate than what a garage was charging. My order came earlier than expected right before Christmas so we could travel to family. I have recommended this company to others!
