Try to pick up from the local office, but the tires are being shipped from another location, so that would've been convenient.
Need more telephone coverage as the wait time was 30 plus minutes.
Our locations are simply warehouses and not typical brick-and-mortar stores, so pick-up availability is a bit limited - still, that same network of warehouses is meant to ensure quick 2-3 day delivery times for customers nation-wide!

My experience with this company seems to be different than most. I will say a lot of their reviews seem to be bots. Ordered (2) basic tires 5 days ago. No tracking info yet, still says "awaiting shipment" mind you I live in Florida and they have 2 warehouses here in the state that they ship from. Emailed them, tried to live chat on the website. Waited on hold 2 separate times for an hour each. Called right at 8am (when they open) just to be on hold because they're "experiencing a high call volume" which I do not believe. Overall just a bad experience would not ever order from this website again and I'll make sure to tell my friends and family the same thing.

Namely, your (and some other recent orders) were negatively affected by an unlucky technical issue - some, not all, orders did not transfer correctly from one software suite to another, resulting in those orders not being automatically updated like usual. In practice this means that the orders did not receive the expected "shipping status" updates, which results in customers such as yourself likewise not being updated on the status of their order. That is certainly inconvenient and we do apologize that you were adversely affected - but please note that this is not the norm in any way, it's quite literally a new, unexpected development, a growing pain that can occur when any major technological and/or logistical change is being made.
Similarly, our enterprise is undertaking plenty of improvements behind the scenes, which does include customer service; from making adjustments to our methodology to simply increasing our employee count, we're doing all we can to adapt to the current challenges. The challenges are obvious and indeed what you dismissed - we are receiving record-breaking numbers of calls, emails and live chats. Our agents answer quite literally hundreds of calls every single day, not to mention emails and live chats on the website.
Finally, no, we do not bot/artificially inflate our reviews; we have more daily sales than we have total reviews on this platform, for example. The reviews you see are completely genuine, both the good and (few) bad.
All in all, we understand your frustration and do apologize once more, but we do ask you to understand that the issues you've experienced are neither due to deception nor lack of effort. We are confident that we'll come back from these recent failings and improve wholesale in all aspects.

So I was in need of set of tires for my vehicle, I was searching multiple business including Costco, and my coworker which just happened to order some tires for his Mercedes Ben's, recommended Priority Tires as a good place to order they have great selection plus the price is, undeniable the best.
