So far I am happy with the tires I purchased. Being an off brand at a low price, I was skeptical. So far (few days installed), they are seeming to be a good purchase. The shipment arrived in a timely manner. What I am upset about is the lack of communication. I placed my order over a weekend, and checked back several times a day to check the status. Website just told me the order label had been generated, and the ETA area was blank. Same status everyday until I got a notification saying they were out for delivery and 30 mins later at 9:30 is A.M. they were left in front of my garage. Luckily I was home.
It does sound like some type of technical issue happened with the tracking system - it's not impossible that our email system failed to update you correctly, but at the same time it might be the case that the courier failed to adequately scan the package during handling. We'll be sure to investigate all possibilities and make any updates required to ensure clearer and more consistent automated updates, as was intended in the first place!

Ordered my tires online which is always a scary process. Although I must say Priority Tire hit a home run with this one. First and foremost the price was better than I expected. I ordered my tires on Monday and they were delivered on Wednesday morning. Had them installed on Friday. They ride great, they're quiet and handle wel. I also saw an improvement in my gas mileage immediately, versus the previous set. Job well done Priority Tire.
