Priority Tire mistakenly sent me the wrong tires. I have spent close to two hours reaching out by live chat, email, and telephone. I sent the tires back and was told they would ship the correct tires as soon as the incorrect tires were in transit. The incorrect tires are in transit and they are holding my tires until they have that shipment in hand. I am frustrated by how difficult it is to get support, and the fact that they are making their mistake my problem. I ordered tires Aug 20,2024. As of Sept 3 I am still unclear of if or when I will receive the tires I paid for 2 weeks ago.
We genuinely apologize if we did indeed send out incorrect tires! Our team does its absolute best to avoid this type of mistake, but considering our thousands of orders per day some unlucky accidents are bound to happen. Still, we do try to assist in such cases by providing a FREE RETURN for a replacement or refund. The standard procedure is to receive the return back and verify it, as was made necessary by consumer abuse and fraudulent returns - but we are definitely willing to make exceptions when necessary, such in your cases. Still, it seems like something went awry in communication, so we'll be sure to investigate the matter and escalate it for a swift resolution to help you. Thank you for your understanding.

The tires were in good condition, the issue was they sent me the wrong sizes and it was a bit of a hassle to get the right size shipped back

They are nice tires. They're loud on the road, but mud tires are. They ride very well on pavement as well as gravel. I haven't taken them off-road, but will do that shortly.

Needed an odd size tire quickly 255/30ZR19. Was originally ordering the same 2 tiresfrom Walmart, but when I went to check out kept telling me to enter a valid card number so I said hell with Walmart and found the same tires even cheaper, no problems running my card & shipping was free and fast I received them in a day and a half. Wish I found this company a long time ago. You will not regret buying from.
