Drove my RV on a double Family Reunion in NC and GA. With a return trip through Savannah back to NC. Spending a night at the RV park in the middle of "DEBBY" aka Hurricane. I didn't notice a bump in the tire, once I noticed it I started searching for a Tire! The prices were shocking! I contacted your company and got the tires I needed for almost half the price!

This is my 4th or 5th order from Priority tires. I get the same tire here for half of what I can get it for at my local tire shop. I can order most times the day before and have the tire delivered next day. Great prices and great quality. My go to place for my tire needs.

FedEx delayed the delivery several times and the customer service reps at Priority Tire were useless, them they refused to let us talk to a supervisor. We will never order from this company again.
It is certainly both unfortunate and unlucky if there was an inexplicable and unpredictable delay with the carrier, but in cases like that we always reach out to the carrier using our Premier Business account to investigate the matter and push for a solution! Naturally if the delay is substantial or repeating we do offer a new replacement shipment or a refund as well. We're not sure why you would say that our agents were useless, as they did all they could to research, escalate and resolve the matter with the carrier. A supervisor cannot do anything that the agents cannot, with everyone in our team genuinely attempting to help all customers! Nonetheless, we do apologize for the unfortunate delays with FedEx in this case.
Day before a trip I lost a rear tire on my 2020 mustang gt. Had to order a pair where ever I could. Brand didn't matter as I wasn't canceling this trip.
Got back from the trip and serviced the car to find the alignment ate the front to tires. Called up the shop I bought the rears from got a price. Looked online and priority tire was cheaper. Saved me some money after and expensive trip. If I had the time I could've saved even more money had I ordered the rears from priority tire.
The new continental extreme contacts dws06 are much quieter than the Michelin sport cups.
