The website and overall experience was great, the thing is, I was told by 2 different "tire experts" that with how I have my truck setup, I could go with 295/65/20. Well I got them and they are too big. Now I have to come up with $300 extra just to ship them back and get a different size. I know it's not PriorityTire problem but it really sucks on my end when the whole point of going through them and nothing local was the great selection and price..

When I received 2 of the 4 tires that was the wrong ones. (Did not match picture). So I called and said don't send anymore. This is not what's on the order form. They sent the other two anyway. I asked for return shipping label within a day of receiving first ones and still don't have a return label or refund. WILL NOT EVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO ONE ELSE DOES! The ppl on the phone were RUDE COCKY AND DOWN RIGHT IGNORANT. STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND AND GET THESE TIRES OUT OF HERE. AMAZON NEVER GIVES GRIEF. MACYS NEVER GIVES GRIEF. EBAY NEVER GIVES GRIEF. ONLY PRIORITY TIRES HAS BEEN UNBEARABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I GUESS THEY FIGURE IF THEYRE CREEPY TO ME I WONT TRY TO CALL AGAIN. THEYRE RIGHT I WONT CALL. BUT I WILL LEAVE REVIEWS EVERYWHERE I CAN SO CONSUMERS WONT WASTE THEIR TIME NOR MONEY.

We ordered an PAID tires from this company, they delivered it at the wrong address, after 2 weeks from my order I called them to ask where my tires were and they told me that the already delivered the tire. Never received the tire they said that they would have open a claim with FEDEX and they never got back to me. I call them again after one month of waiting and again the same guy told
Me that he was going to open a claim. So I don't have my money and I don't have my tires after 40 days from my order.
So far so good. I'm now I need in front tires thought I had More time before they need to be replaced. Call me with a deal. 225/45/17.

We are sorry to hear that you feel this way! We shipped the Tires exactly to the Address you provided, after which you were provided with a FedEx Tracking Number so that you can keep an eye on your shipment.
As soon as you actually contacted us to report the issue we reached out to FedEx to open a Case; they told us that everything appears correct on their end but that they will do what needs to be done to make sure, saying that their Driver will double-check and, if they did make a mistake, redeliver to you.
After that you contacted us many days later to report that you somehow still don't have the Tires; given that you did not reach back to us earlier we thought that everything was fine, based on FedEx's words!
Of course, we've now escalated the situation and started a separate, higher-level investigation with FedEx to figure out what happened here and assist you.
