I ordered from them once. This was okay, but strangely the four tires were delivered strapped up in groups of two that were delivered on different days by Fed Ex. I ordered tires for for a second car, Two tires showed up one day and one tire came the second day. We immediately contacted customer service and asked that the fourth tire be shipped immediately. I was told, my order was complete according to Fed Ex, The person I talked to said they were in America but the voice said India. They would contact Fed Ex and that takes 7 to ten days. I needed the tire now and went to Walmart to buy them, This was after contacting customer, and being told that I could not talk to a supervisor and they would not give me a number for the office of the president of Priority tire, by another Indian voice. We gave it two weeks, the tire never showed up, I contacted customer service for the third time and cancelled the order for the tire and received a refund. I should not have had to call the fourth time but they seem not to have anyone doing follow up on complaints. If I had not contacted them then they would still have my money, and I stll would not have a tire. Debra B. Hairgrove
