The page was not easy to work with and it took about 2 months for delivery. It was supposed to be a Mother's Day gift and I just got it June 1.
This was easy to make and the product I received was perfect!
The website explicitly guaranteed delivery by Mother's Day if ordered by a certain date. I placed the order several days prior to the stated deadline for delivery, and yet the gift only arrived about a week after Mother's day. This was very disappointing.
I also paid extra to have higher quality print on the Mug I purchased, and submitted high quality photos. The photos on the mug are terribly blurry. Complete lack of quality control, this item should never have been shipped that way.
During shipment, I was also ghosted by Customer service when I inquired about the order whereabouts as Mother's Day was fast approaching and the order was already overdue for delivery. I legitimately thought I had been scammed.
This is the second time I've ordered and there's been an issue. The package got lost/damaged and only after I called multiple times and was persistent, did someone find it, repackage it and delivered to my family…well past MOTHER'S DAY! Very disappointing
Took over a month to receive order. Book look great but was disappointed on how long it took. Thankfully I ordered it well advance or I would have not had a gift for my husband.

I bought the photo album filled with pictures from last year's family reunion. The clarity of the pictures was spot on. A wonderful book full of memories, well done.

A gift for my daughter for Mother's Day and I was informed it would be delivered on the Friday before Mother's Day. I received a week later and was not happy with the way the pictures on the front and back looked.
The wood around the canvas was bent. And unfortunately the picture itself was much redder than expected
Ordering is easy. Design is easy. I was disappointed in the quality of the metal print. I had printed the exact file from you before you added the option for higher qualit this time. I choose the higher quality and the print came back a lesser quality than the original one I had printed 2 years ago.
I've had the most AMAZING experience with PrinterPix. I decided to order 50 hardcover photo books so I sent a message to customer service letting them know I had a "bulk order". Not only did they respond to my request immediately, they gave me the most FANTASTIC DEAL on the bulk order of 50 books. There was skepticism when I was sent a PAYPAL link to pay for the bulk order - as I thought that was a bit unusual. (It's a lot of scams out there) But it turned out to be 100% legit and I verified it was a legit PAYPAL account also. I had to speak to someone in customer service to ensure the order showed a PAID status and the representative also helped me verify and place the order. I was never without support. There was always someone to respond to my messages. The books arrived ON TIME as scheduled. I see the other remarks about slow shipping etc so my advice would be to order 2 months in advance like I did. After a while it became obvious the company is not in the USA, however, there are lots of companies who operate from remote areas (with no issues). Again, you may want to order at least 1-2 months in advance. The photo books finally arrived and they are AMAZING! Vivid colors and beautiful. I am so HAPPY and to be honest, also relieved. (You hear about so many scam stories). The print quality was wonderful. And I did not choose to upgrade to the HD quality. These are going to be a huge hit at the event I ordered them for. I just know it! Thank you PRINTER PIX for putting my mind at ease about all this. I always felt like there were customer service reps available to answer all my questions. I give this company 5 STARS and would give them 10 STARS if I could!
The book builder is not intuitive or fluid. Work doesn't easily save and not easily manipulated. I contacted company for assistance once and never received a response.
All blankets I have ordered arrived as expected and quickly. Will definitely order again and refer friends and family!
I made an easy picture book for our grandson. Pinter pic made it into a board book, perfect for his little hands. He loves seeing pictures of himself with Grandma & Grandpa!
