The product ordered was made well, and packaged great, the only problem I had was it took almost 3 weeks from ordering to delivery. I contacted them and the delivery process was started the next day and received the item in 3 days.

Good quality. Was disappointed as I updated a photo to my gallery wall. The wood width and hanging Structure was different despite making the same order, I had to restructure the layout to accommodate this print

Sent over pictures and some boxes were blank with no picture on the book. If I would've known I had more pictures to add but I was already passed the aloud amount for the price.

About half of our 6 inch canvas prints were off-center. We had to actually unstable them and redo them ourselves. I don't feel the edges were very clean, but the quality the prints are very good.

I wanted to put my pic on the canvas long ways and it wouldn't let me. I didn't like that I could only do the long part of the frame vertically.
