Product not what I expected. Thought material and size was different then what i ordered.
Hi I purchased a print from this company in February. The print arrived and was incorrect, which printerpix admitted was their fault. I was contacted by Tom hill. He told me he would send me another print, if I paid another 20 pounds. Plus he would refund the initial 53 pounds for the first failed print. I sent 20 pounds to him at printerpix via PayPal. And the 2nd print was also a failure ( not what I'd asked for). Plus still no refund of 53 pounds for my initial failed print. He the stopped replying to my e-mails. I complained and complained for a refund of my money. I was contacted by two different people. One offered me half of 53 pounds, I accepted along as I was also refund the other 20 for the second failed print. I gave him a deadline of a week. He also stopped replying to my e-mails. This company has continuously ignored my e-mails and not refunded my money. This is totally unprofessional the way I've been treated. I will not give up until I have been refunded my 73 pounds. I want my money back. This company is totally incompetent and unprofessional.
Paid extra for rush shipping, didnt ship in time. Still received it and it looks great, but was disappointed that I couldnt give it to the intended receiver in time.

I've always had a pleasant experience with Printerpix. They will print anything you need. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars for me is that this recent package I ordered was a calendar. It was shipped in a regular package but the item inside was not covered with anything. It was raining bad those days. The calendar came in really wet and a bit damaged. Maybe a plastic wrap could go a long way? Anyway thank you for your service. Truly.
Easy to use and easy to place pictures, I was hoping for more of a custom your own template but that's honestly to much to ask with the variety templates they got.
My canvas came back great again! Shipping was fast and quality a was good. I will order again. Reliable
It was easy! But Maybe because I did it on my iphone every time I went to add a picture, it blocked the blanket so I couldn't see the placement while choosing a picture.
Update: got my blanket and it's ok. I guess the best that could be done for a blanket. Not the softest material like it states though.

I up graded to high def pictures and some of them came out too dark.
I was very please with the book, although I used all spreads and it double printed where the binding is so I would recommend using only page layouts and not spreads. Super easy to use and the quality was good.
We loved our first blanket so much we chose to order 2 more for our children. The process was so easy for me, I'm not great or even good with electronics. Thank you and I will send all my people to printerpix

I love printerpix and order 7 time's a year. My last 2 books have seemed to be cropped short on my pictures. Like the pages look like they are smaller than when I preview them. I do preview and edit and save. Just not as happy as I have been in the past. Also each book seems to have 2 extra blank pages at the front and back. I try to use every spare space. What is that?
I received it but it was completely wrong. Wrong photo printed incorrectly and it was supposed to fix a previous incorrectly filled order.
Unable to add items on the fly. Shopping interface sucks
