Easy to make. Ok just no communication on when my book was done and being shipped. That would have been appreciated and expected.
Upset that my voucher I bought expired and my book of my dog I previously worked on was deleted. Only ordering this book since spent so much time putting it together. Lost my money on the voucher! Won't be a customer again unless I can be credited for the voucher and my dog book can be recovered.

The quality of the paper in photobooks has gone down for the same price. I have received two orders with the paper curled and marked on each of the pages inside. Everything else is fine 👍🏻
Part of the picture was left off the mug. It showed on the screen when we ordered it but wasn't on the mug.
Results were fine. I wish the tool to build the albums offered a better way to organize photos. I was building 3 books and the photos in your tool were mixed.
