I was disappointed with a corner of the canvas… although it wasn't your fault, I had wished you would've seen it and brought it to my attention so I could edit it. I ended up using some paint to block it out.
Order took a long time to process (over 2 business weeks), I had to email about it, and then they finally created a shipping label, but wasn't shipped for several days. The shipping was fast, but that wasn't in PrinterPix's control...overall, decent experience. Good quality products.
I received it only over a month even I was paid for fast option, I had to call after 3 times to get the confirmation, 2 first calls they told me that I receive it very soon!

This order took an unusual long time to print and ship. I have seen far better turnaround from PrinterPix during hectic holiday seasons. If this is the normal processing timeframe, I will have to find a new printer.
