I was going to rate this a 2 or 3. Their products are great! I had problems placing my order - the website wouldn't let me past the screen where you enter your cc info. I called customer service. It took them two days to send me a link so I could pay for my order. I received the email, paid for my purchase, called CS back. The CSR was having problems and told me she'd call back in 20 minutes. She didn't call. I called CS the next day, the guy on the phone kept getting my email address incorrect even though I spelled it out phonetically. I finally ended up hanging up on him. I decided to try the chat function online. Jessica was wonderful! She understood my frustrations and was able to place my order quickly. I wish I had used the chat in the first place.
Had several questions that previously weren't answered, but Jessica helped me along the way with my order.

I had the privilege of chatting with Patricia who helped me update a shipping address. She was very courteous and verified my order prior to making the needed change. She definitely helped me above and beyond. I would order from PrinterPix again.
I ordered a birthday canvas for my friend's birthday over 3 and a half months ago. After numerous emails back and forth trying to get my product, PrinterPix FINALLY said there was a glitch in their system and they'd have to reprint. I am in the process (wasting my time) of getting a refund as I am over this terrible company. Take your money elsewhere.

Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
