When I placed my original order, everything went smoothly. I kept an eye on tracking and nothing was moving at all for over two weeks, so I contacted costumer support to inquire. I received the package that same day unexpectedly, and it was bent (it was a calendar). The quality of the print is not better than one you can get from Walmart, and you pay less at Walmart.
I didn't hear back from customer support until two months later! Way after the fact. That's insane. I would not recommend this business mostly because of the lack of communication and accuracy of shipping info.
I feel that the cost was somewhat high, but I do like the pictures. I probably should have had some space between the picture and the frame, but that would have made it even more expesive
The product was absolutely perfect! I loved that I was able to customize it with a personalized picture and quote. The price was great but above all the turn around time was truly amazing. I was about to make it to their graduation party. She cried and absolutely loved it

A 11x11 leather debossed photobook posted for sale on Groupon, was no longer supported by Printerpix. All my 4 week design work are wasted as they said it can't be converted to other product. Extremely frustrating

Everything was just as expected. We ordered the collage for a Mother's Day gift and we were a little concerned that it might not arrive on time, but it arrived even sooner than we thought and she absolutely LOVED it!
