We had the misfortune of dealing with Rafael Ancheta as he has not stopped calling since we viewed his presentation. He is incredibly rude when he calls and insists on only speaking with the lady he presented to, raising his voice when he doesn't get what he wants. We have told him we are not interested in purchasing their product and he continues to call requesting her by name, stating he reserved time with her but hasn't (according to her). I was told to write a complaint and hopefully his harassing phone calls will stop.
