I ordered an ANC Faster headset from PriceOye, which arrived damaged. I shared a clear unboxing video immediately.

Support refused it, claiming it didn't show the outer delivery packet being opened and was paused briefly when I needed both hands to open the box, but still clearly showed their product being unpacked in a single video. I offered to send it back for inspection, but they refused. I asked for a replacement, not a refund, and received no resolution.

PriceOye's refusal to take responsibility made this a very frustrating experience.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid this website. My experience was terrible and it's clearly a fraudulent setup. Here is what happened: Order Placed: I placed an order for a new mobile on October 6,2025. As pay on delivery after check. With new ID. No Communication: For the next 5 days, my order status was pending with zero communication from them. Blocked: When I tried to follow up on the order today through call, I discovered they have completely blocked me from their website without any means of contact/info. This is an unacceptable and dishonest way to operate. They play with your time and seem to have no intention of actually delivering any products. This is a scam, and I hope this review prevents others from falling into their trap.

Also, price oye remove all the negative remarks from their websites.

They kept me waiting for 7 days and then cancelled my paid order without any reasoning. Now bank is going to take 15 days for the refund. Do not buy from them

Items are used and repack, properly repack after changing accessories, don't believe on there fake marketing strategy of box packed, not even warranty card included as there already activated phone

I first-time order in Priceoye and they sent me a defective pro watch when I launched a complaint and sent a video as they requested, they said that we couldn't entertain this. What the heck is this? Are you joking with people?

Looter company. Don't buy from this company. If you want to buy electronics items then go to the store physically and buy.

I ordered a mobile phone. Which was patched for 1 month. Wasn't officially registered by PTA. They sold me NON PTA mobile. Both of my Sims stopped working after one month. So I checked both my my imei numbers, so I found out that my device isn't registered. I got scammed. I contacted priceoye customer service. They told me to print a form and send them mobile back and they'll change it but I told them that I don't have mobile box. They said then they wouldn't take mobile phone back.
One more thing, most of their devices aren't with original packing. They scam people and I'm not sure if this company is going any further with success.

Point is, all these gadgets are of brands, and they are providing us with around the same price, so they are expected to work perfectly, most of the time. But, an issue can be there in electronics, even it is from APPLE, that's what for service matters, AND YOU CAN NOT EXPECT THAT FROM THEM. Like how can they just remove the reviews, THAT'S THE Worst Customer Service that can be. O on their reviews, their team is very efficient in removing any negative review in few hours :)) ))
Anyways, once I did all that, then they send me the receipt for a refund, and even after it, for two days they kept on calling me, that is your ISSUE RESOLVED, isn't it weird?
Today, I recieved a call from them, and THEY BLUNTLY TOLD ME, THAT WE ARE SENDING IT BACK TO YOU, WE FOUND NO ISSUE, I TOLD THEM ABOUT THE VIDEOS, BUT THEIR ANSWER WAS JUST, tell your CNIC we will return back, So, I am not satisfied at all from their service.

Point is, all these gadgets are of brands, and they are providing us around the same prices, so they are expected to work perfectly, most of the time. But, an issue can be there in electronics, even it is from APPLE, that's what for service matters, AND YOU CAN NOT EXPECT THAT FROM THEM. Like how can they just remove the reviews, THAT'S THE Worst Customer Service that can be.

So beware, and I would prefer the Brands Official Stores on Daraz, over it, as I had very smooth experience with them, always.

They deleted my review of my ordered phone (order number *******) from their site. Be aware, they only retain positive reviews on the official site.
