I have ordered multiple times and always been satisfied, I have shoes, dresses, nightwear and casual clothing and I love every item! Would definitely recommend
I have ordered from this website using the mobile app twice. Once I got an outfit for my friends bridal shower and then I placed another order for a try-on haul video for my YouTube channel. Both times I liked my outfits. I was missing part of my order the second time. I couldn't figure out how to contact customer service to resolve it so I just gave up. I ordered a two pack of basic jersey midi skirts and I only got one. There wasn't any chat option or a phone number to contact anyone so I just took the loss.
After fighting with PLT back and forth they finally sent me my money back. I got it a week after sending them another message asking them for the money back. I don't know why they couldn't just do that the first time I asked considering the fact that it had been months since I paid for that order
I ordered stuff from PLT in the beginning of March and I was told I'd have my stuff by March 18. When it was March 17 I tracked my order and the shipping company said they had not received my items from PLT. It's almost June and I still do not have anything. PLT has not even gotten in touch with me to apologise about everything and I spent a lot of money on their site. I am disappointed as this is the first time I've ever ordered with them. I should have listened to all the complaints I've heard about it
I finally got my mom to try out pretty little thing because I was generally satisfied with the clothing I purchased. My mom bought 3 pairs of heels spending almost $80. In her email it says a size 10 but when they arrived they were all in size 8. No refunds... okay... she has to spend money to ship them back because of a companies mistake so we keep them and try to sell them again for less money... I have them the benefit of the doubt and ordered a pair of slides in 9- which I also have an email stating I ordered a 9- they showed up in a 7. Is this a joke? 4 times you get the size completely wrong? How does that happen 4 times? And no refunds? So because of the companies mistake I have to pay for it 4 times... what a let down
