I bought a gift card of $100.00 for my daughter and sent it to her via email. My daughter attempted to use the gift card on PLT website and she was denied of using the card. PLT stated that the email of the user of the card is different than the purchaser's. Of the gift card. I messaged PLT about my situation and urged the company to assist me in resolving the issues. Since April 2025, PLT has not reached out to me or refund my money. PLT does not have a telephone for customer, customer can only message them through WhatsApp or other messaging services.
