The custom shirt is fine but shipping took a very very long time and there is no way to get in contact with an actual human being to determine status. I was starting to think yours was a scam site and I was planning to file a credit card claim. Why not have a phone number or email address at a minimum to offer some customer support? The chatbot is very limited and does not suggest Prep cares about its customers.
