The shirt that I ordered in NOV is still on backorder, and was cancelled. No other options in my son's size was available - ALL on backorder.

I ordered 5 items for my grandson's new team. One of the items was for another school, different team name, etc… Customer service was helpful and listened to my concerns. After I sent a photo of the incorrect product, they started the replacement process. I received the correct item about 2 weeks later and was pleased with the entire process.

I thought the quality of the material was cheap feeling for $50+ dollars I spent. I honestly expected a thicker product. I won't order here again.
My original order had three items. One item was correct. One item was printed in orange and NOT yellow. The last item had no printing at all. I will say that when I contacted customer service, they were very helpful and reprinted the items at no charge, and got them to me quickly.
