Thought I placed name and number on back, but did not arrive that way. The large size seems kinda small.
I placed my order for a Heather grey hoodie with purple font. When it arrived it had light grey font. Other than that the hoodie is good.
I ordered XL and it was too small. I called the company asking if I could exchange it and was told to measure a comfortable shirt I have in my possession under the arm to arm and send the measurements. I did. This awesome company told me I did not have to return the small shirt that I could give it (bless) someone else with it. They will send me a larger size. They did. I am very impressed and will recommend this company to others.

The hoodies are so nice. Ordering was easy and any update to it including shipping was communicated. I ordered hoodies for each of my boys for their school (to wear to football games and for spirit weeks); they also had merchandice for the university that I work at so I ordered one for me. I will definitely use them again!
I placed an order with Prep Sportswear on 02/25/2025 for two college sweatshirts, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. They failed to put my full address on the shipping label, leaving my package stuck in USPS limbo for over a week with no resolution in sight.
To make matters worse, there is no way to call their customer service—you can only reach them via email or chat, which is incredibly inconvenient given the price they charge for their products. For what they charge, they should absolutely have live phone support to handle these kinds of issues.
Avoid this company at all costs! They are unreliable, make shipping mistakes, and don't issue refunds, so if your package gets lost due to their negligence, you're out of luck. I will never purchase from them again.
