Every time we clicked out of the shopping cart, items in our cart disappeared. The top bar where the cart link image is was doubled, the top of the two listed 3 items, and the bottom listed zero items. We couldn't get to the top cart link. Overall, I attempted to order my daughter's sweatshirt many times over multiple days, each time failing at a different spot. We had given up this site when we got the link that her sweatshirt had shipped. I'm nervously waiting to find out how many went through. 2 stars because the sweatshirt arrived (once so far) and is well-made. The production team is good, but the website programming is awful.

One of the three shirts I ordered was not what I thought I had ordered and I notified your organization. It turns out that although the color of the lettering was not what I expected, everything else was as I had ordered it. Cameron? Was responsive to my request and agreed on a one time basis to replace the one shirt. I am waiting for that part of the order now, but it is not expected until next week.
