We had an ok experience. We like the print on the sweatshirt we ordered. We had ordered one previously and we're purchasing a second in the exact same print and size, but we were disappointed when it arrived because despite ordering the exact same size, it was much bigger than the one we ordered previously. Also, there is no customer service number and response time is slow when submitting questions via email.
