It was easy to order and I found things I wanted to purchase, but the sweat shirt I ordered in a size 2X was extremely disappointing. It is not true to size. It was comically small. I had people try it on who wear size large of everything and it was snug on them even. I paid way too much for an otherwise nice sweatshirt for that to be the sizing. The 2X t shirt was true to size, but that sweatshirt was very far off. Worse than just "runs small."

The hats were fine as received. The ladies Tshirt was supposed to be red. It is not - it's an odd orangish/reddish color. It was supposed to be charged at 41.99 per the website - you charged me $60. It has very long sleeves and doesn't fit. It will not be worn! Realizing these are custom items and cannot be returned, is there anything you can do about this issue?
