I ordered the product 15 days before a specific event. I received the order 2 days after the event. When I inquired about the order 7 day after placing said order, I was informed production was behind. This would've been nice to know at the time of ordering especially since there is only a 2 hour cancelation window after the order is placed.
Placed an order 9-6-23 for 2 face masks. As of today, 9-21-23, order not received nor tracking info entered on site. Payment processed thru bank on 9-7-23.

My order arrived almost 3 weeks after it was placed. I did get a refund on shipping which was very nice, however 3 weeks is long time to wait for an order when the site advertised 2-3 days after processing. Also, the quality of the items are subpar at best. I ordered this for my 5 year old who normally wears a youth Small but I ordered a youth XS expecting it to run a bit large. The T-shirt is so wide, large, and cheap quality that certainly won't last him a school year. For a site that handles many school athletes and spirit wear I am very disappointed in the appearance of their youth wear.
The only thing that sucked was that you guys didn't send any sort of confirmation that My order was coming. It just said placed. I couldn't track it or anything and one day it just showed up. While I'm greatful it showed up, knowing would have been nice so I didn't think I was being scammed lol

I have been ordering for about a year now for my sons football team. I wish there was sports specific designs. I wanted a t shirt for red bank catholic football but had to order generic RBC tshirt. Sometimes shipping takes a long time so it doesn't make it in time for a game. The quality is great which is why I continue to come back
