The entire process was easy. My order was delivered on time and item was of high quality. That was my concern, was this going to look cheap. Great job!
When I order, every time I order, I have to get an exception because our last name is Peck. Customer service does not make this easy and each time I have an interaction with customer service the response is different. This time the gentlemen was very rude and condescending and actually "hoped that my 200.00 order would be printed correctly" as I reached out to the customer service website instead of back to him directly.
