It was easy, shipping was expensive. Most things I order have a small amount of shipping cost and for a small sweatshirt, it was a bit much.
It was just OK this time. I'm pretty sure you missed embroidering the "WU" on each of the 3 pairs of jogger pants, though, so I'm a little disappointed this time. Would be nice if PS could make this right.

The address label contained wildly incorrect information, so the delivery took many, many days longer than it should have. Using the USPS is NOT the way to ship with confidence and reliability. While I was trying to find out where the package was using the tracking information, their customer service people said it was being returned to you; it was delivered to me the next day. I recommend changing shippers, even though it might cost a bit more.
